My pleasure, Sarah! I’m sorry to hear you are exasperated and overwhelmed. Do you think it’s because you haven’t felt confident about saying “no” and letting her be mad, sad, etc., about that? I would love to help you feel less overwhelmed so you don’t need the pressure of trying to hide that.

It reminds me to be consistent in what I’m already doing, and be stronger about hiding my exasperation and overwhelm because that doesn’t need to be her problem to solve.
